- Conduct analysis and understand client’s network infrastructure and system
- Propose and review scope of work to meet technical specifications
- Propose and implement network architecture according to client’s needs
- Work as a team with PM, engineers and managers towards full implementation and ensuring client’s satisfaction.
- Provide consultation to new and existing clients
- Develop and maintain relationship with new and existing clients to deliver sales and meet sales targets
- Able to comprehend clients needs to better recommend most appropriate solutions
- Work closely with PM, engineers and management level to deliver the best solutions to meet client’s needs
- Develop, track and monitor existing and new leads as well as prompt follow-ups with clients
- Required to deliver sales and product presentations with sales manager/directors to new and existing clients
- Build relationship and assess clients needs and recommend effective solutions
- Conduct POC and demonstration to clients
- Involved in pre-sales, design and implementation of solutions
